This was a bit of an experiment that worked out well, or at least everyone said they did!
1/2 papaya (optional)
1/2 cup of oats
1/2 cup cashews
1 tsp vanilla essence
Blend together and place in a baking tray which has been greased in a pre-heated oven at 190 for 25 mins.
Cut and leave to cool then take out and serve, this makes 8 slices.
Nutritionally, papayas are very good for digestion and filled with vitamins (they are great in smoothies).
Bananas are full of potassium, good for our hearts and giving us energy.
Oats are great as a slow release energy and to aid in calming and digestion.
Cashew are a great source of protein and health fat.
Additionally, there is no sugar in this recipe yet they are yummy.
