Nutritional boost smoothie

Been feeling rather tired and in need of a boost so followed my intuition and made a new smoothie recipe and boy is it good. Serves 2 or if your breastfeeding just one
This will give your brain, immune system and heart a boost

2 cups of filtered water
1 small banana
1/2 cup de shelled organic hemp seeds
1/4 cup of goji berries (pre soak for 2 mins)
1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds
1 tbs coconut oil
5 pitted dates
1tsp spirulina
Then blend in a high speed blender till creamy and delicious
