Hummus

Just made a new creation..
Hummus with a twist

1 can chick peas well rinsed
1 raw beetroot
1 handful parsley
1 handful oregano
1/2 a lime juice
1 tsp himalyan sea salt
2 tbs sunflower oil
1/2 cup goji berries (optional)
1/2 cup of de shelled hemp seeds or sunflower seeds

Blend and eat.. Yum
