Raw falafel balls- suitable for all ages

I love coming up with new recipes, these are great as a high protein snack or as part of a meal. My 10 month old loves them

1 tin organic chick peas
1 clove garlic
Handful of coriander
Glug of olive oil
4tbs water
Pinch of salt
Juice of half of a lemon
1/2 sweet potato lightly steamed
1/2 cup of oats
1 cup of Ground seeds ( I use ground flax, pumpkin and sunflower seeds)

Stick everything other than the ground seeds in the blender and blend till smooth. Roll into ball and dip in ground seeds so they coat it. Place on a lightly greased baking tray and place in the oven at 100 so as not to break down the enzymes for 10 mins then turn off oven and open door and leave for 10 more mins the serve.
