Yesterday I made a new raw chocolate recipe which friends have said is the best yet and asked me to share. This recipe is packed full of goodness and brain foods. So really, it’s like divine medicine.
50g de-shelled hemp seeds
50g cashew nuts
25g ground flax seeds
25g goji berries
75g coconut nectar
100g cacao powder
10g red reishi mushroom powder
Blend all ingredients until well mixed.
On the stove, with a bowl over a pan of simmering water, place 100g cacao butter. Gently melt.
Add this and 50g of coconut butter to the blender. This will make a smooth paste which can then be added to moulds and refrigerated for 30 mins, or until set.
