I have just made one of the best recipes yet. I am in heaven eating these.
Oh boy, you are in for a treat!
1 cup of dates (pitted)
1 cup of goji berries
1 cup of cashew nuts
1/2 cup pecans
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cacao beans or nibs
Blend it all together, but blend one ingredient at a time, then roll into balls and refrigerate to set (although mine havent made it into the fridge, they are being devoured by me!).
