Well this is one.
This is full of things to help feed the brain essential fatty acids.
1/2 cup of coconut milk or hemp milk
1tbs de-shelled hemp seeds (great source of Omegas 3 and 6)
1 tbs ground flax seeds
Blend until smooth, then chill for 20 mins and you will have a nice light mousse.
