Today I made my best cake yet, so I hope you like it as much as I do.
1 cup of spelt flour
1/2 cup of self raising wholemeal flour
1/2 cup of cacao powder or cocoa powder
1 cup of warm water
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 cup of coconut nectar (you can use date syrup, agave, honey or unrefined sugar instead)
1/3 cup of coconut butter (you can use sunflower oil instead)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup of pecans
Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend.
Pour into a cake tin and bake at 180 for 25 mins, or until cooked through.
