  1. Sounds amazing. I’ve done 21days and 28 day cleanse they were challenging on so many different levels. I am going to do a five day cleanse Monday. I love rock salts in my bath. Have you tried putting crystals in your bath water ? its feels great. I use Rose Quartz and Amethyst. Just make sure they stay down the tap end 😉 x

  2. hi there… thanks for the comments…. yeah long ones can be really challenging… with this one i am trying to make it as easy as possible to follow so people who are new to detoxing can do it with ease… once you get into them you can get longer… crystals in the bath are lovely.. or under the pillow… i find using salt its best not to use anything else as some crystals react to the salt water and essential oils minimize the effect… thanks for reading the blogs.. hope they prove helpful xxx

  3. I threw myself in the deep end, that’s me lol! I agree 3-5 days is great for introduction to cleansing. I usually use oils in bath also. OOpppss I just follow my intuition of what feels right and in the bath it goes. I will check out which crystals react to salt water. xx
