1/2 cup Tahini (i like using the light one)
1/2 cup of maple syrup (preferably organic)
1/4 cup of raw cacao powder
1/2 cup of coconut oil melted
raw chocolate chunks (optional)
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
Take the tahini, maple syrup, coconut oil and cacao powder and mix together Add in the coconut. When completely mixed add in the raspberries and raw chocolate chunks to the mix. Spoon this mix onto a baking sheet and place in the freezer for 20 mins, or until hard, then eat.
It is best to keep these in the freezer and eat them as and when required.
These are packed with magnesium and calcium so a very good snack to have.
