Goji Delights

These lovely balls are excellent for energy and great for immunity. Pumpkin seeds are also great to keep parasites and worms away from the gut.

1 tbs melted coconut oil
1 cup of goji berries (good for the eyes and immune system)
1 cup of pumpkin seeds (great for the gut and brain)
1 tsp vanilla powder (great for the nervous system)
1 tbs of honey or coconut sugar

In a dry blender, or coffee grinder, blend the seeds and goji berries into a thick powder. Pour them into a bowl with coconut oil and the other ingredients and mix together until sticky. Then form into balls and leave in fridge to set for 20 mins. You can also then cover in raw chocolate if you wish.
