Superfood Breakfast Smoothie

Superfood Breakfast Smoothie;
1/2 an avocado

1/2 a pear
1/4 a cucumber
1/4 a courgette
2 dates
2 dried apricots (without sulphur dioxide)
1 tbs of ground flax seeds
1 tbs of de-shelled hemp seeds
1/2 a cup of filtered water
1/2 a cup of coconut/hemp/seed milk
1 tsp of green smoothie mix

Blend all inrgredients up in high speed blender, if too thick add some water to taste.
Store in the fridge for a day, then drink.
