Watercress and Artichoke Salad

Salad;
2 cups of Watercress
2 artichoke hearts, cooked and chopped
1 raw beetroot, grated
1 carrot, grated (anti parasitical)

Dressing;
1 tbs of Flaxseeds
1 tbs of de-shelled hemp seeds
The juice of 1 Lemon
1 knob of ginger
4 tbs of olive oil
1/2 tsp of vegetable bouillon
1 tsp of nutritional yeast flakes
