There are so many amazing foods out there that can support our busy lives but that can also make us feel great.
I love being at a party and serving out love punch, the perfect drink for those who don’t want to drink but still want to feel great.
First step make a tea;
In a pan add 2 tbs damiana ground
1/2 a bag of blue lotus (blue Lilly)
Leave to simmer for 10-15 minutes, then leave to cool.
In a blender place;
2tbs of maca powder
1 tsp of reishi mushroom powder
1 tsp of lucuma
The strained and cooled tea.
This is your supercharged mix to add to your punch to give it a beautiful kick. If you have any herbal healing tea tinctures you can add them to your mix too. I love the bliss tea myself, add a tsp or two to your mix.
Now to make your punch- my favourite combo is mixed fruit but you can be creative here!
In a blender;
3 apples, chopped
3 cups of water
1 cup of dates
1 punnet of strawberries
Once juice is tasting lovely, mix in the desired about of superfood mix, tasting as you go.
