This is my new favourite tea!
It’s really important to get a good natural source of vitamin C and to have this daily.
1 tbs of gynostemma leaf to make some tea
Strain the tea after you have steeped it for 10 minutes.
In the liquid add;
1 tbs of reishi mushroom powder
1 tbs of chaga mushroom powder
Or 1 tbs of my mushroom mix (see shop to buy)
1 tbs of camu camu
This will give your body an amazing immune boosting shot to keep you going and strengthen your whole body.
