Nut and Seed Milk – Simple Dairy Free Solution

This is a very simple and easy to make recipe for your own milk that is filled with calcium and essential fatty acids.

This recipe will make 1 litre of milk- keep in the fridge and shake before use, it
will keep for 2-3 days;
1 cup of shelled hemps seeds
1 cup of nuts (cashews or almonds) pre-soaked for at least 30mins is best, or overnight
A handful of dates
1 tsp of vanilla (optional)
1 litre of water (filtered)

Place all of the ingredients into the blender and blend on high speed until it is smooth, then you are ready to go.
this is great on cereal, in porridge or as part of a smoothie.
