There is nothing better than foraging with the family, we all seem to be at our happiest when picking blackberries.
So today we made a smoothie with part of our bounty which went down well with everyone.
1 cup of blackberries
1/2 cup of shelled hemp seeds
1/4 cup of pre soaked cashew nuts
2 cups of water
1/2 a banana
1 tbs raw local honey (size of this depends on sweetness of blackberries)
Blend until smooth then serve, this works great as an ice lolly too!
