Energizing tonic smoothie

Wow, this mornings smoothie has certainly created a buzz in me!
This is perfect as a pick me up, energy boostingand immunity stimulating drink.

Tea;
1 handful of Gynostemma
1 piece of Reishi mushroom (I used a fresh piece about 4 inches in size)

Boil up and make a tea with this using 2 litres of water, you wont need to use all of it in the smoothie but can drink it over the day. Strain off 2 cups of it and leave to cool for adding into the smoothie.

Smoothie;
2 cups of tea
2 cups of nut and seed milk
1 tbs of chia seeds
1 tbs of shelled hemp seeds
1 tsp of Green Strengthening mix (or any other green superfoods mix)
1 handful of dates
1 tbs of coconut oil
1/2 an avocado
1 handful of greens (I used kale)

Blend until smooth and serve, if it’s too thick you can add more tea to it.
