It’s so important that we look after our brain and yet we often don’t feed it the fuel that it needs!
This is a simple shot that you can make yourself daily to really boost your brain power;
5 drops of liquid marine phytoplankton (or 1 tsp of powder)
2 drops essential oil of Rosemary
A shot glass amount of water
If using the powder, shake well in a glass jar to allow the powder to mix in with the water. Otherwise place all ingredients into the water and stir, then drink.
