Raw Chocolate Fudge

carob cakeThere is nothing like a bit of fudge, especially when it’s quick and easy to make and, most importantly, good for you. This is one of my favourites at the moment. No powder or machines required.

To make 20 small pieces or 10 large;
1/2 cup nut butter

1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1/4 cup of cacao or carob powder

In a bowl add the nut butter and the coconut oil and mix together until smooth. Then add in the maple syrup and mix until it’s all combined. Finally, add in the cacao or carob powder and mix together.

Pour into a cake tin and place in a freezer to set for 20 mins. Then eat and enjoy.
This would be best kept in the freezer if possible.
