1 cup buckwheat flour
1 cup brown bread, gluten free flour
1 & 1/2 cups of coconut sugar
1 cup of melted coconut oil
1 & 1/2 cups of coconut milk
1 tsp of baking powder
(Optional) I also like adding 1 tbs of carrot juice powder and 1 tsp of vanilla powder
Mix all of the dry ingredients together, then add in the coconut milk and apple cider vinegar. When it is all mixed in add in the coconut oil and mix.
Pour into a greased tin and bake in the oven at 160 for 45 mins, or until your knife comes out clean.
