This is a great way to start the day, great for kids and people who want to move into the world of green smoothies.
1/2 a pineapple
1 cup of greens (fresh greens nettles, dandelion leaves, spinach, kale, chard)
1 banana (optional)
1/2 cup of parsley
1 tsp of my Super Green Strengthening Mix
Place all of the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add ice at the end and blend again for a short time to make it nice and cold.
