Fire Cider- Juliette Style

This is an ancient American recipe, that i have tweaked, that works to kill bad bacteria, keep viruses and bay and generally strengthen the body. It’s one of my favouritesIngredients

1 red onion, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 orange, 1 lemon, 1 knob of ginger, 2 pieces of fresh turmeric or 2 tbs turmeric powder, 2 sprigs of rosemary, 1 tbs black pepper corns, 1 chilli, 1 cup parsley, 1/2 cup of maple syrup or raw local ethically sourced honey

optional additions:

1 reishi mushroom, 6 chaga chunks, 1/2 cup elderberries, 1/2 cup hawthorn berries, 2 tbs nettles, 1/2 cup rosehips, 5 star anise, 5 cardamon pods

1 bottle of apple cider vinegar with the mother


Chop all the ingredients and place in a glass kilner jar, cover completly with Apple Cider Vinegar and leave for 5-6 weeks. Strain the liquid out with a muslin bag and bottle.

Drink a shot a day
