Tropical Anti Inflammatory Smoothie

On a hot day nothing better than reducing inflammation in the body whilst feeding it at the same time 


1 cup of fresh or frozen pineapple (or mango) 

1 banana

1 tsp Juliette’s Kitchen Supergreen mix 

1 Tbs vegan smart (optional) 

2 Tbs hulled hemp seeds

1 knob of turmeric root 

2 cup water
