Lentil Burger Bake 


1 onion

2 cloves garlic

1/2 cup sundried tomatoes

3 carrots

6 organic mushrooms

2 sage leaves

1 sprig Rosemary

Small handful of oregano 

2 cups of cooked brown lentils 
Lightly sautéed the onions and garlic in 1 tsp coconut oil with a pinch of raw grey sea salt, when soft turn off and pour into food processor with tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms and herbs and blend till mixed well. Then mix in lentils and stir together. 

You can then make this into a bake or burgers or eat as pâté raw. 

You can oven bake at 140 for 25mins or dehydrate at 105 for 3 hours.
