Veggie Burger

1 tin chickpeas rinsed
1 cup of gluten free oats

1/2 red onion

1 Tbs Tamari

1 courgette

5 sundried tomatoes 

2 Tbs olive oil 

1 garlic clove

Black pepper

1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt

1 tsp cumin seed

Blend then put into a ball and leave in fridge for 30 mins

Sprinkle with buckwheat flour to make into patties then either oven bake for 20mins or fry in coconut oil
