On a hot day nothing better than reducing inflammation in the body whilst feeding it at the same time
1 tsp Juliette’s Kitchen Supergreen mix
1 Tbs vegan smart (optional)
2 Tbs hulled hemp seeds
1 knob of turmeric root
2 cup water
There is nothing like the combination of mint and chocolate so I have combined them in this smoothie to make a cooling tasty treat
I love this icing on my beetroot and chocolate cake, on muffins or on raw chocolate brownies. So decedent tasting yet free from junk.
1 cup of brown bread flour (gluten free doves)
1 cup of coconut sugar
1/2 tsp bicarbonate
1 1/2 cup plant milk
1/2 vanilla pod
1/3 cup melted coconut oil (save till end)
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Place wet ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth then mix into the dry mix, when mixed together add in 1/3 cup melted coconut oil.
Add in chocolate chips, blueberries or whatever fruit you want at this point.
Pour into cake mould or muffin tin
Bake for 20mins at 160

1/4 cup cashew nuts
1/4 cup shelled hemp seeds
1 frozen banana
1 tsp medicinal mushroom mix
1/2 cup dates
1 tsp supergreen mix
1 Tbs vegan protein powder
1/2 cup of ice
Blend till smooth and enjoy
